Blist’r – Fresh Naan Wraps, is a collaboration between Dallas area seasoned restaurateurs Mark H. Brezinski (Pei Wei, Bengal Coast, Velvet Taco), Pardeep Sharma (India Palace, Roti Grill, Lita’s La Mexicana), and Chef Gilbert Garza (owner for 18 years of acclaimed restaurant Suze). The group brings a modern and contemporary Indian approach to fresh naan wraps in the newly opened Legacy Food Hall in Plano, Texas.
